The first floor of this home received a major update starting with new LVP light wood floors, fresh paint, and updated lighting. The entry features a patterned stair runner and shiplap wall with a bench to greet guests. In the dining room we did a black paint color which contrasts the new light wood furniture and green fabric on the windows. In the living room we kept the existing sectional but changed the layout and added new swivel chairs, a leather ottoman, and wood tv cabinet. The kitchen was completely remodeled with white cabinets, a navy blue elongated island to fit dining stools, a textured subway backsplash, and gold fixtures. It features a family command center on a shiplap background which coordinates with the entry. A color scheme of gray, blue, black, and white, with touches of gold, makes all the room updates cohesive throughout.
