New England Style Home in Marysville
Multiple spaces in this New England style home were updated. We started with the entry where we added fresh paint and lighting to brighten the space. A custom sign and distressed console table welcome you as you make your way to the updated office. We painted the woodwork and added a new tile around the fireplace which can be enjoyed from the custom houndstooth chairs. The client’s memorabilia and quote sign add personality to the room. We updated the powder room with a fun tile accent wall and new blue vanity. The living area was completely transformed with new furniture (peep the beautiful plaid swivel chairs!) and a whitewashed fireplace. Custom window treatments frame the windows in here and the above the kitchen sink, drawing your eye up to the beams on the ceiling. In the dining room we utilized the existing furniture but added blue upholstered host chairs to break up the wood. A pattern rug, new lighting, and accessories complete this room. The master bedroom was updated with a blue faux finish accent wall and bedding. Custom striped swivel chairs are perched comfortably in front of the fireplace with new tile surround. We added a black dresser for additional storage which contrasts the other wood furniture. Upstairs we updated the loft to make it a usable space for the kids. We took out a bookshelf and added a live edge desktop. The blue painted closet door coordinates with the pattern swivel chairs where books can be enjoyed.
